Abstract EN

This study revealed the impact of training on the performance of the personnel through carrying out a case study within the National Enterprise of Paints located in the city of ORAN, where the questionnaires were administered to the employees by using appropriate statistical methods.

Through this research, we tried to determine the relationships between the training process and the workers’ performance which leads us to ascertain the effects of training on job performance.

The findings demonstrated the existence of a strong relationship between the training process and the performance of the staff members, as well as the existence of a statististically significant positive effect of training on the personnel’s performance within the National Enterprise of Paints based in the city of ORAN
