Abstract EN

This study aims to determine the effect of oil prices on financial stability in Algeria during the period 2003-2018 based on annual data, in addition to building an aggregate index of financial stability, the study used the ARDL model for to estimating model of the study, in which of the oil prices as an independent variable and the financial stability index as a dependent variable.

The study found that there is an effect of oil prices in the short and long term on financial stability.
