This study aims to highlight the impact of the perceived value on the customers loyalty achievement, through a survey on a sample of mobile Mobilis phone customers located in Setif city, and based on the descriptive analytical approach.

The study revealed an impact existence of perceived value with all dimensions (perceived benefits, perceived costs) on the achievement of the customers loyalty of Telecommunications Company customers sample concerned by our study.
