Abstract EN

The present study aimed to know the opinion of Algerian universities graduates on the compatibility of the outputs of the university training with the requirements of the social institutions.

By using the descriptive approach and applying the questionnaire of the outputs of the university training to the requirements of the social institutions prepared by the researchers on a sample composed of (67) graduates both males and females employed both in the higher education and education sectors, in the District of Bordj Bou Arreridj, the results showed the following: - There is an average correlation between the process of university training and the requirements of social institutions estimated at (49.

78%)- The existence of a weak consensus between the outputs of university training and the requirements of social institutions estimated at (60.
