Abstract EN

There are many types of censorship exercised by the legislative authority in the face of the executive power; but its practice using the mechanism of the motion of censor is considered as the most important, the recruitment of this mechanism by the deputies and their success in exceeding its conditions and procedures lead to the political responsibility of the government.

The present study aims to reveal the different provisions of this mechanism, Through an introduction that highlights the problematic and research methodology.

For the first section which deals with the recruitment conditions of the motion of censor.

While the second section is about the procedures to discuss the motion of censor, as well as their legal effects.

finally this study ended by a conclusion.
