United States has sought to employ the principles of the United Nations in the way that ensures international interactions domination and at different levels, thus making the organization going according to the rules set by the United States to establish conditions, as the United States worked on support for the United Nations and promoting an active role on the international scene, to ensure that the Organization as a means for global diplomacy on the one hand, and ensure that involves the organization behind the American strategy and objectives and serve as a framework for international legitimacy on the other hand different behaviour patterns.
