Abstract EN

The aim of the study is to find out the reality of the availibility of e-learning skills for faculty members at the Algerian university, in the light of their forced resorts to it due to the repercussions of the Corona pandemic( new covid 19 ), as well as to identify all the challenges that they forced in adapting its requirements in the field in addition to presenting a set of proposals from it is possible to work to establish them properly in their future performance.

In achieving this scientific goal the study used the descriptive and analytical method through previous theoretical literature on e-learning in addition to exploiting the results of a number of field studies in the same field, as well as identifying the contemporary challenges that await it, as well as the requirements for its developments.

Overall the results of the study, it concluded that the availability of remote e-learning skills among most of faculty members at the Algerian university is low, if it is not weak.
