Abstract EN

Curriculum is the means of education, which pave the way to educating and upbringing primary school children.

The Algerian educational system has knowing many reforms that have affected the curricula, since the day of Independence to the present day.

Different approches Where adopted, the first one was content based approach, second one was objective based approach which depend end on behavioral theory, the last one was the competency based approach( based on constructive theory ), then the General competency based approeach( CBA) which was adopted by 2016.

This later was merely based on compréhensive compétences and it was mainly relied on Vigotsky s social constructivism, it is applied ti the curriculum of the thierd phase/primary education,( 5th year) du ring the academic year 2018/2019.

This article aims to highlight the impact of this theory on building the second generation curriculum, and it relies on the social dimension in building knowledge on the part of the learner.

That is, the acquisition and developement of the language takes place in an interactive social context, and social theory has made an effective contribution to building second generation curricula.
