This research paper focuses on the management of public service by civil society through the partnership mechanism, this device has been strengthened by the participatory approach approved by the constitution of 2011.

Which have a strong link with the associative work, embodied in a fundamental relationship that interacts with each other, so that now associations are allowed to participate closely in the management of the public space as an active force characterized by active dynamism and annual work programs, and also includes in its ranks most youthful energies capable of volunteerism and associative responsibility, and the consolidation of a set of values between individuals and society.

The management of public service by the association is manifested through the contribution of the state, with other territorial actors for the development of public service and improving the quality of its services in Taza.

Thus, its refinement is not through empty words from the associations, but through executable projects and qualified associative executives capable of managing for them the public space in terms of efficiency and capacity necessary for good management, which makes the associations an essential partner capable of developing strategies to improve public service in a holistic participatory approach.

Despite all these efforts to improve the work of associations and promote them as an important territorial actor, the thing is not easy when the funding and independence of associations from what is political are absent and the lack of qualified human cadres to conduct an associative work that is the core of a true civil society, the wheel turns in the opposite direction to the aspirations and needs of the local population.
