Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the level of moral disgust among university students, according to the variables of sex (male – female) and stage (first – third).

The research sample amounted to (500) male and female students from the University of Basra, which were selected by the stratified random method.

The results were verified and their data was statistically processed, and the researcher used the appropriate statistical methods, the t-test for two independent samples, the Pearson correlation coefficient, the t-test for one sample, and the alpha-Cronbach equation, and also used the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS).

The results showed that university students have a moral disgust for all behaviors, behaviors and situations that are contrary to moral custom, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences in moral disgust among Basra University students according to the variables of gender and stage.

Which was built by the researcher in line with the Iraqi environment in psychological and educational research, due to the absence of previous Iraqi, Arab and foreign standards and to support and develop the level of moral growth of students through material and moral instructions and reinforcements.
