Globalization with its an economic trait has contributed in directing of the economic governance.

The new changes of the economic system effected on the various economic systems in the world.

Therefore, those systems try to adapt their conditions in line with the new requirements of the global economic system, which is controlled by the globalization.

Hence, this article attempts to shed light on the entity of the relationship that links globalization and trends of economic governance in order to spot the dialectic of that relationship.
