Abstract EN

The study aims at identifying the problems and difficulties experiencing by safety and security staff at Majmaah University, along with measuring the statistical differences between the problems relating to the work nature depending on social characteristics.

The population consisted of the colleges, deanships and departments of Al-Majmaah University in the governorates of Al-Majmaah, Al-Zulfi, Al-Ghat, Al-Ramah and Hawat Sudair; precisely of (95) male and female of the university’s safety and security staff.

The questionnaire was applied to collect data according to the social survey method.

The significance outcomes are as follows: 1.

Medical health problems are the most common problems faced by the sample, where the average number of students are (1.60) of (2.00), while basic and systemic problems are not faced.

2.

There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) and less in: a.

The sample responses were in favor of those who are “official” in comparison of those who are contractors.

b.

The sample responses variable was in favor of males.

c.

The sample responses variable was for the benefit of sample members whose salary is from 6.000 and less than 9.000 Riyals.
