Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى العلاقة بين الاغتراب الثقافي والاجتماعي وارتكاب الجريمة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات والقادة الأمنيون في الأردن، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الارتباطي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعات الأردنية الرسمية والقادة الأمنيون في الأردن ، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (206) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية ومن (106) من القادة الأمنيون تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والحصول على النتائج قام الطالب باستخدام مقياس للتعرف إلى مستوى الاغتراب الثقافي والاجتماعي والكشف عن علاقة الاغتراب بالعوامل المؤدية إلى ارتكاب الجريمة، وذلك بعد التحقق من صدقه وثباته.

وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا، كشفت نتائج الدراسة والتي استهدفت الشباب الأردني عن -1 وجود مستوى مرتفع للاغتراب الثقافي بمتوسط حسابي (37) 2- الاغتراب الاجتماعي بمستوى مرتفع وبمتوسط حسابي (3.67).

3- حصل بعد التشاؤم على أعلى استجابة بين أبعاد الاغتراب الاجتماعي بمتوسط حسابي قدره (3.78) وبدرجة مرتفعة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس -4- حصل بعد اللامعيارية على أعلى استجابة بين أبعاد الاغتراب الاجتماعي بمتوسط حسابي قدره (3.91) وبدرجة مرتفعة من وجهة نظر القادة الأمنيين.

5- وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مجالات الاغتراب والعوامل المؤدية إلى ارتكاب الجريمة عند الشباب الأردني من وجهة نظر المبحوثين بمستوى دلالة (0.00) ، 6 - أظهرت النتائج أيضاً وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في العلاقة بين اللا معنى أو اللا هدف وارتكاب الجريمة تبعاً لمتغير الجنس، حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط بينهما لدى الذكور (0.584) بينما بلغ لدى الإناث (0.798) ، 7- أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في العلاقة بين الاغتراب الثقافي وباقي أبعاد الاغتراب الاجتماعي أو الدرجة الكلية له وبين ارتكاب الجريمة تبعاً لمتغير الجنس -8 عدم وجود فروق في العلاقة بين الاغتراب الثقافي والاغتراب الاجتماعي وأبعاده وبين ارتكاب الجريمة.

وأخيرًا أوصت الدراسة بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات التي تستهدف الشباب الأردني، وتعزيز البرامج التي تستهدف الشباب لمساعدتهم على التكيف والاندماج في المجتمع، تعزيز مفهوم الانتماء عند الشباب والعمل على وقايتهم من الجريمة من خلال تفعيل دورهم الايجابي في المجتمع.

English Abstract

The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between the cultural and social alienation and committing crimes as perceived by faculty members in universities and security leaders in Jordan.

To achieve this, aim the correlational approach was adopted.

The population of the study consisted of all faculty members from Jordanian Universities and security leaders in Jordan.

The sample consisted of (206) faculty members in Jordanian universities and (106) security leaders selected through purposive sampling.

For the purposes of the study; the researcher administrated a scale to measure cultural and social alienation and exploring the relationship of alienation with the justification of committing crimes, after checking validity and reliability.

After analyzing the data statistically, the findings of the study showed that : 1.

There is a high level of cultural alienation with a mean of (3,7).

2.

Social alienation with a high level within a mean of (3.67).

3.

Pessimism domain scored the highest response between social alienation domains with a mean of (3.78) within a high degree as perceived by faculty members.

4.

non-normality domain scored the highest response between social alienation domains with a mean of (3.91) within a high degree as perceived by security leaders.

5.

The findings showed that there is a correlational relationship between alienation domains and the justification of committing crimes among Jordanian youth as perceived by the respondents with a significance level of (0.00).

There are significant statistical differences in the relationship between no-meaning and no-goals attributed to gender, as the correlation coefficient among males was (0.584) while it was among females (0.798).

There were no differences in the relationship between cultural alienation and the rest of social alienation domains or the total degree and between the justifications of committing crimes attributed to gender.

With regard to years of experience, the results indicated that there are no differences in the relationship between cultural alienation or social alienation and its domains and the committing crimes Finally, the study recommended conducting more studies directed to Jordanian youth, strengthening programs that target young people to help them adapt and integrate into society, enhancing the concept of belonging to young people and working to prevent them from crime by activating their positivee role in the community.
