Abstract EN

Study and investigation issues of the final decision (from Sharh Mukhtasar Ibn al-Hajib by the Scholar and the Judge Abi al Baqa Bahram bin Abdullah al-Dimiri) (Died 805 AH) On the understanding that the core of the Mukhtasar is largely regarded by all scholars as basics-related, as well as the fact that the Sharh's author is a key figure within al-Imam Malik associates, who compiled in his Sharh several preceded Sharhs al-Mushtaser, so, he expanded in copying the rules of al-Amidi, and Fawa'id (al- Mahsul) of al-Razi, as well as making use of their origins.

This Sharh has been prepared in a very simplified and well written easy to read version.

In this study, full reference is made to the only version of Ibn al-Baqa Mukhtasar obtainable at Dar al-Kutub al-Masriyyah.

I tried my best to focus on and comply with the real intention of Ibn al-Baqa while he was pointing out to areas of ambiguity or doubts.

Thus, I named the verses (Ayat), proverbs and speeches, also referenced the prophetic traditions (Hadiths), making comments on all items that I feel requiring or need to comment on.

In addition to the research comprises of two main chapters: Study and Investigation.
