Abstract EN

Praise be to Allah, prayer and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah: I have prefaced this research entitled with the rule of “the fallen does not return” and the rule “if the impediment is removed, the forbidden shall return”, the points of agreement and differences between them, with an introduction in which I explained the honor of jurisprudence rules science, followed by the research's plan and approach.

I followed that with an introduction in which I discussed the science of jurisprudence, its definition and importance.

This research was organized into three main topics: First Topic: The rule of "the fallen does not return".

Second Topic: The rule “If the impediment is removed, the forbidden shall return.” Third Topic: The aspects of agreement and differences between these two rules.

Then I concluded the research with a conclusion, and an index of sources and topics.
