تتلخص هذه الدراسة في بيان حقيقة الشهادة و أنوعها و شروطها و حكمها إذ إن الشهادة تعد وسيلة مهمة من وسائل الإثبات في القضاء يحتاجها القاضي و المحامي و الباحث في مجال القضاء، و قد انتهى الباحث إلى عدة نتائج و توصيات، و من النتائج : مشروعية الشهادة و أنها أصل البينات، و أن لها شروطها و أركانها التي لا تتم إلا بها، و من التوصيات حث الباحثين على دراسة أحكام الشهادة و مستجداتها.
Abstract EN
This study is summarized in the statement of the reality of judicial Witness testimony according and their types, conditions and rulings, as the Witness testimony is an important means of proof in the judiciary needed by the judge, lawyer and researcher in the field of justice.
Among the recommendations is to urge researchers to study the Witness testimony and other.
