Abstract EN

Praise, be to Allah, prayer and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah: The current research entitled with “Debt, and Ways of its Documentation”, which focuses on an important aspect of our life with regard to money that is the life backbone, how to preserve it in a secure way; not to lose people’s rights.

In which I discussed debts and some of their provisions, and how to document and prove them; as follows: The research was divided into two chapters after a preface, and concluded with a conclusion, and appended it with an index of sources and topics.

Preface; in which I defined debt in the first topic, and documentation in the second topic.

First Chapter; in requirements, I discussed the divisions of debt, its causes, and the expiration of debt.

Second Chapter; in requirements, I discussed debt documentation methods, and the rule of documentation.

Then I concluded the research with a conclusion in which I showed the most prominent results that I reached, followed by mentioning an index of sources and topics.

Thank God that His grace is righteous.
