Islam is the first to build the human being with great care, and did not differentiate between the old and the small, so it legislated for each sect of society the provisions that suit their conditions and their change, and orphans is one of these sects that Islamic thought represented in its legislation and rulings - great care, so he was keen to urge their care and care Based on this, comes the research before us, entitled: "Caring for Orphans in Islamic Thought." The research was divided into an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion.

The introduction mentioned the importance of the research, its problem, previous studies, research method, and plan.

Then I dealt with in the first section the concept of orphan care, linguistically and idiomatically, and in the second section I dealt with the concept of Islamic thought, both linguistically and idiomatically.

Then I moved to the third topic and dealt with the status of orphan care and its treatment in Islamic thought.

She mentioned how Islamic thought legislated in dealing with orphans, and showed that through two main points; Legislative and ethical direction.

Then the research concluded with a conclusion in which it showed the most important results and recommendations that it reached, and among the most important of these results is that Islamic thought has given orphans great care.
