The national unity from the Perspective of jurisprudential rules Praise be to God alone, and prayers and peace be upon the one after whom there is no prophet.

Jurisprudence studies is related to various fields of knowledge and it seeks to spread knowledge.

The one who meditates on the legal texts seriously is that God Almighty commanded to hold his rope; adhere to his law; Urging the unity of the class, and inclusive sentences; He said-the Almighty-{And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided, And remember the favor of Allah upon you-when you were enemies and He brought your hearts together and you became, by His favor, brothers}, So He-Glory be to Him-commanded the Nation to gather, and not to separate.

This is what prompted me to choose the title of this research (impact of Jurisprudence Rules in Strengthening National unity), and its most important topics: 1.

The rights of the king and the people.

The imam’s behavior is in accordance with the interest،.

3.

Shura.

4.

The ruling on revolting against the ruler.

And I reached several conclusions and recommendations, so I ask God for success and reward.
