The research (guarantees of the right to the sanctity of private life in Islamic law and the Saudi regime) contains an introduction, two papers, and a conclusion, its statement as follows: the first research entitled Definition entitled Research, and contains three demands, the first requirement to show what is meant by guarantees, the second demand for a statement of the purpose of the right, and the third demand for a statement of purpose for private life, and then the second topic entitled Guarantees of the Right to the Sanctity of Private Life in Islamic Law and the Saudi Regime, and there are three demands, the first requirement to show guarantees of the right to privacy, and then the second entitled Guarantees of the Right to Privacy in Islamic Law and the Saudi Regime, and there are three demands, the first requirement to show guarantees of the right to privacy in Islamic law, The second requirement to show guarantees of the right to privacy in the Saudi regime, and the third request to clarify judicial applications from the courts of Saudi Arabia, then the conclusion and the index of references.
