Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة بشكل رئيسي إلى معرفة أثر جريمة زراعة المخدرات في تهديد الأمن المجتمعي في الضفة الغربية من وجهة نظر المتعاطين ورجال الأمن، من خلال طرح مجموعة من المحاور التي يمكن الخروج منها بقراءات علمية.

وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من المحكومين والموقوفين على خلفية تعاطي المخدرات والبالغ عددهم (275) ، ومن رجال الأمن والبالغ عددهم (262) من الضباط وضباط الصف والأفراد العاملين في إدارة مكافحة المخدرات.

استخدم الباحث منهج المسح الاجتماعي في دراسته، كما استخدم مقاييس الاحصاء الوصفي لوصف خصائص عينة الدراسة، إضافة لاستخدام اختبارت (T-Test) للعينات المستقلة، واستخدام تحليل اختبار تحليل التباين لتحديد دلالة الفروق الاحصائية، إضافة لتحليل الانحدار الخطي لتحديد الدلالة الاحصائية تمثلت أداة الدراسة باستبيان تم تصميمه وتوزيعه على مجتمع الدراسة الذي بلغ في مجموعه (445) فردا من المتعاطين ورجال الأمن.

ومن خلال استعراض نتائج أسئلة الدراسة في ضوء محاورها، توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج والمؤشرات من أهمها كشفت الدراسة أن أثر جريمة زراعة المخدرات في تهديد الأمن المجتمعي في الضفة الغربية من وجهة عينة الدراسة من المتعاطين قد جاءت بمستوى متوسط، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (3.12) بانحراف معياري (0.51)، أما من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة من رجال الأمن العام فقد جاءت بمستوى مرتفع حيث بلغ المتوسط العام لإجاباتهم (4.04) بانحراف معياري (0.54)، أما على مستوى مجالات الدراسة، فقد حقق مجال أثر جريمة زراعة المخدرات في تهديد الأمن الاجتماعي الترتيب الأول من حيث الأهمية النسبية من وجهة نظر المتعاطين ورجال الأمن؛ إذ بلغ عند المتعاطين (3.87)، وهو مستوى مرتفع، بينما بلغ (4.10) عند رجال الأمن.

وقد أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات نذكر أهمها استحداث قسم خاص في إدارة مكافحة المخدرات، متخصص في شؤون التربية الحديثة، ويقوم بتوعية الأهالي على مدى خطر هذه الآفة وطرق انتقالها.

وزيادة أعداد رجال إدارة مكافحة المخدرات في الضفة الغربية.

English Abstract

This study mainly aimed to know the effect of the crime of planting drugs in threatening societal security from the point of view of the addicts and the security personnel.the study population also consisted of (275) convicts detainees for drugs abuse, and (262) security men from afficers, non-commissional afficersm and individuals working in the drugs enforcement administration the researcher used the social survey in his study and also used descriptive statistical measures to describe the characteristics of the study samplem in addition to using the T-test for independent sample, and the use of the analysis of variance test to determine the significance of the statistical significance.

The study tools consisted of aquestionnaire that was designed and distributed to the study population, which reached atotal of (445) drug users and security personal by reviwing the results of the study questions in the lights of its axes, the study reached many results and in its axes, indicators, the most important of which are the study revealed that the effect of the crime of drug cultivation on threateningsm societed security in the west bank from the point of view of the sample of the study of the addicts came with a medium level, whereby the general arithmetic mean amounted to (3.12) with a standard deviation of (0.51).

As for the point of view of the sample of the study of the security personnel, it came with a high level whereby the general mean of their responses was (4.04) with a standard deviation of (0.54).

As for the level of the domains of the study, the domain of the effect of the crime of planting drugs in threatening societal security, it achieved the first order in the relative importance from the point of view of the addicts and security personnel, whereby it amounted among the addicts to (3.87), and this is a high level, while it amounted to (4.10) among security personnel.

The study recommended a number of recommendations including: using a special section in the Administration of Fighting Drugs which is specialized in the affairs of modern education, and which raises the awareness of the inhabitants of the extent of the danger of this epidemic and ways of transmitting it, increasing the number of the men of the Administration of fighting drugs in the West Bank.
