Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فلسفة التجديد الإسلامي في فكر الإمام محمد عبده وفكر محمد عمارة، ومعرفة الأسس والاتجاهات الفكرية والتجديدية التي يطرحها كلاهما في الجانب السياسي من قيم نظام الحكم في الإسلام.

وتمثلت أهمية الدراسة في إبراز الصورة الحقيقية لمفهوم التجديد بوصفة مرتكزاً مهماً لاعادة بناء الفكر السياسي الإسلامي وتعزيز مثالية الحكم في الإسلام، وتوفر الدراسة عملياً مشروعاً فكرياً يمكن أن يتم تطبيقه من قبل نظام الحكم لتحرير العقل الاسلامي العربي من الجمود الفكري الذي أصابه لعدة قرون.

واعتمدت الدراسة على كل من المنهج التاريخي - التحليل السياسي لدراسة الجذور التاريخية لمفهوم التجديد في الفكر السياسي الإسلامي الحديث من وجهة نظر المفكرين، والمنهج المقارن لإجراء مقارنات بين آراء كل من رواد التجديد، والمنهج التحليلي الاستقرائي لدراسة الظواهر السياسية من وجهه نظر المفكرين السياسيين وبيان أراء المفكرين حول موضوع الدراسة-.

وتحددت أهم أسئلة الدراسة في: ما هي فلسفة التجديد السياسي الإسلامي في فكر الأمام محمد عبده، وفكر محمد عمارة؟ وما هي الأسس والاتجاهات الفكرية والتجديدية التي يطرحها كلاهما في الجانب السياسي من قيم نظام الحكم في الإسلام؟.

توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، كان أبرزها أن ما يجمع الإمام محمد عبده ومحمد عمارة من تصورات وأفكار أكثر مما يفرقهما، فكلاهما جاء فكره وسطيًّا، يجمع بين الأصالة والمعاصرة، وأن فكر الإمام محمد عبده ومحمد عمارة لا يزال حاضرًا رغم انقسام دعـ الإصلاح النهضوي إلى تيارين رئيسيين أحدهما علماني والآخر تقليدي- سلفي.

قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات كان أبرزها ضرورة تعزيز الاهتمام بموضوع التجديد في الفكر السياسي الاسلامي، والسعي لتصحيح المفاهيم المغلوطة التي علقت بأذهان الكثير من مفكري العصر الحديث لمواجهة التحديات التي تواجه العالم العربي في المرحلة دعاة الراهنة.

English Abstract

The study investigates the renewal in the modern Islamic political thought based on the viewpoints of imam Mohamed Abdo and the thinker Mohamed Amara.

In addition, it brings to light the intellectual and modern trends that both imams present under the framework of the political aspect which is based on the values of the ruling system of Islam.

The significance of the study lies in bringing to light the true nature of the concept of renewal as an important basis for reinitiating the political Islamic thought and reinforcing the ideality of the Islamic rule.

The study presents an ideological enterprise that can be applied by the ruling system so as to free the Islamic thoughts and mentality from the ideological rigidity that affected it over the past centuries.

The study adopted the historical approach-political analysis so as to investigate the historical background and bases of the concept of modern renewal of the Islamic Ideology in the thoughts of both thinkers.

The comparative approach was utilized in order to draw comparisons in the opinions of the modernists’ pioneers.

The inductive analytical approach was also adopted for the sake of studying the political phenomena based on the thoughts of political thinkers and the thoughts of both thinkers of the subject of concern.

The study's questions were determined as follows: What is the philosophy of the Islamic renewal thoughts based on the viewpoints of imam Mohamed Abdo and the thinker Mohamed Amara? What are the foundations of the renewal in the Islamic political ideology based on the opinions of Imam Muhammad Abdo and the thinker Mohamed Amara? The findings of the study revealed a set of results, the most prominent of which are: the points of convergence that imam Muhammad Abdo and Muhammad Amara have are more than the points of disagreement.

Accordingly, they both chose the school of the renewal in Islamic thought, and based on this choice, they adopted moderate ideas that combined both originality and modernity.

The ideology of Imam Muhammad Abdo and Muhammad Amara is still present, despite the division of the proponents of the renaissance reform into two main currents, namely, the secular and the traditional-Salafi.

The study oncludes with the following recommendations, the most prominent of which were : the need to promote attention to the subject of renewal in the Islamic political thought, and to seek to correct the misconceptions that have been suspended in the minds of many modern-day thinkers.

Add to that the importance of rationalizing their awareness leading to resisting the currents of extremism, inertia and intolerance, in order to meet the challenges facing the Arab and Islamic world at the current stage.
