Arabic Abstract

استهدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى امتلاك معلمي الحاسوب لكفايات التعلم الإلكتروني في قصبة الكرك من وجهة نظرهم و علاقة ذلك ببعض المتغيرات، و تحقيقاً لهذا الهدف تم تطوير أداة للدراسة عبارة عن استبانة مكونة من (59) فقرة، موزعة على ستة مجالات، جرى التحقق من صدقها و ثباتها، و تم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (78) معلماً و معلمة ، و أظهرت النتائج أن درجة امتلاك معلمي الحاسوب للكفايات اللازمة لتوظيفها في التعلم الإلكتروني في المرحلة الأساسية العليا جاءت مرتفعة و لجميع المجالات، و جاء مجال (كفاية استخدام الحاسوب) في المرتبة الأولى، يليه مجال (ثقافة التعلم الإلكتروني)، ثم مجال (كفاية إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني) يليه مجال (كفاية استخدام شبكة الإنترنت في التعليم) ثم مجال (كفاية تقويم التعلم الإلكتروني وأخيراً مجال (كفاية تصميم البرمجيات التعليمية، و المواقع التعليمية).

كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغيرات الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة في التدريس) على درجة امتلاك معلمي الحاسوب للكفايات اللازمة لتوظيفها في التعلم الإلكتروني في المرحلة الأساسية العليا على المستوى الكلي و في جميع المجالات، و في ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بتوصيات من أهمها : الاستفادة من قائمة الكفايات الحاسوبية المعدة من قبل الباحثة في إعداد برامج و تصميم دورات تدريبية لمعلمي الحاسوب تقوم على معرفة هذه الكفايات وممارستها، و استثمار خبرات معلمي الحاسوب في مجال التعلم الإلكتروني في عقد الدورات و الورش التدريبية للمعلمين في التخصصات الأخرى، من أجل إكسابهم مهارات و كفايات التعلم الإلكتروني.

English Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the extent to which the teachers of computer sciences have the competencies of electronic learning in the district of Al-Karak from their perspective and the relationship of that with their demographic variables.

In order to achieve the study objectives, the researcher developed a 59-item questionnaire which was distributed to six domains; its validity and reliability were verified.

The study instrument was applied to a sample that consisted of (78) male and female teachers.

The results revealed that the degree to which the teachers of computer sciences have the required competencies to use them in electronic teaching in the upper basic stage was high in all the domains.

The domain of (the competency of using computer) was in the first rank, followed by (the culture of electronic learning), then the domain of (electronic learning management competency), followed by the domain of (the competency of using Internet in teaching), (the competency of evaluating electronic learning), and finally (the competency of designing teaching software and educational websites).

The results revealed that there are no statistically significant differences attributed to the impact of the variables of (gender, educational qualification, years of experience in teaching) regarding the degree to which the teachers of computer sciences have the required competencies to employ them in electronic learning in the upper basic stage in the overall level and all the domains.

In the light of the results, the study recommended the necessity of holding training courses in the domain of designing educational software and educational websites in order to develop the skills computer sciences teachers in preparing a scenario for educational programming on paper as well as using some authorization software, such as multimedia software.
