Abstract EN

Our ancient scientists have classified a lot of thesis to give an overview on syntactic controversy on the dispute.this research is an investigation of athesis titled(aldurar fi mane eumar) the outher has replied on alshaykh muhamad Mahmoud bin Talamid altarkuzii alshanqitii alqayil bisarf eumar.this research includes an over view of alshaykh ahmad bin al'amin alshanqitii ,and alSheikh Mohammed Mahmoud bin Talamid covering their names, descents,publications, sheiks, death, the description of the investigated thesis and documentation of its attvibutoon.

The second is the investigation of athesis.

The importance of this research is that it focuses on syntactict heritage thesis that is printed but it hasn't,Investigated yet.The research is aimed at: first: investigation of alrisala.second: Statement of the author's status through it.

third: conditions as contribution in the preservation of syntactic heritage.

In the tools and methodology of this research, I adopted the descriptive and analytical approach where the descriptive approach is based on the study of the language, identification of its characteristics and accurate description of its nature while the analytical approach focuses on the analysis of syntactic texts and statements.

At the end of the research, I was able to conclude a number of results including mainly: first: the great prestige which the author of this study, second: the research highlights an important topic of the syntactic heritage for the .researchers and learners of Arabic language
