German-Israeli relations are characterized by continuity, solidity and long – term, and there is close cooperation between them represented in all aspects of scientific, political, security, military, commercial, economic and cultural aspects.After the end of World War II , Germany was able to build its foreign policy towards the Middle East in accordance with its historical and moral responsibility towards the Jews ,as well as its position on the Palestinian issue .And its connection with its European environment and its strong relationship with the United States of America, which is a great and important ally of Israel.

German foreign policy towards Israel is often seen through its distinguished rapprochement with the United States of America and the European Union
