Abstract EN

The purpose of this research is to identify and measure the extent of the impact of knowledge sharing in supporting strategic decisions making, as well as to measure the correlation between the research variables and its tests, and to apply this in the Iraqi environment, namely the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.

The study sample included 125 members of the ministry's consultants and general managers While the main tool for research - the questionnaire - which was designed by relyingOn a number of international standards for the sensitive variables of research and the dimensions of knowledge sharing and strategic decision-making process after these standards have been adapted to the requirements of the Iraqi environment.

The data obtained through the research tool were analyzed using a number of statistical tools to reach the relevant results, including {mean arithmetic mean and standard deviation.

The most important search results are the existence of a significant correlation relationship between knowledge sharing and the strategic decision-making process, and the need for the Ministry to adopt a comprehensive building for the two processes of knowledge sharing and strategic decision-making.

By creating a common vision between them.

And to work to spread the culture supporting these processes.

Providing the appropriate supportive and supportive environment in which the officials in the ministry are aware of the importance of these operations.

And identify their needs for development and to ensure the development of a strategic approach to develop the capabilities of managers and improve their performance.

Maintaining an excellent level of knowledge makes the ministry more responsive to the circumstances surrounding it.

And activate the mechanisms and the dimensions of those operations and strengthen them at the level of the ministry and its departments and bodies in Baghdad and all Iraqi provinces.
