Abstract EN

The study was based on re-evaluating the study of the Higher Diploma in Strategic Planning and determining the ambitions it seeks to achieve within a strategic vision that is in harmony with the goals set for it.

Determining the inputs that must be available within solid scientific contexts through which they determine the size and importance of specialization and the disciplines that correspond with them to reach outputs that support the beneficiary organizations and the advancement of state institutions through the development of their service and commodity plans in long ranges.

This needs to re-evaluate the previous and current courses, measure the knowledge additions, the extent of benefiting from the outputs of the specialization, and the degree of transformation towards the strategic planning system in their departments, according to work contexts and modern scientific foundations commensurate with the movement of change in the business world.

The study relied on the philosophical and logical proposition to present its theoretical side, the method of the personal interview, the case study, the checklist, scientific standards and descriptive analysis to address its results according to a detailed study of the previously prepared paragraphs.

The researcher reached some conclusions, the most important of which are “The study of the Higher Diploma for Strategic Planning, with its inputs and outputs based on scientific foundations by selection and application, helps to build capacities and specialized knowledge skills and a planning system with a strategic dimension that achieves the high performance and ambitions of government institutions.
