هدفت دراستنا إلى الكشف عن مستوى رضا أساتذة التعليم الثانوي عن الخدمات الاجتماعية التي تقدمها الهيئة الولائية للخدمات الاجتماعية حيث تم تطبيق استبانة على عينة تقدر بـ 114 استاذا من أساتذة المرحلة الثانوية موزعين على ثانويات مدينة قسنطينة في الفترة ما بين جانفي و فيفري 2020 باعتماد الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة، بحيث خلصت الدراسة إلى : -تدني مستوى رضا أساتذة التعليم الثانوي عن الخدمات الاجتماعية التي تقدمها اللجنة الولائية للخدمات الاجتماعية.
-يؤثر متغير الأقدمية على مستوى رضا أساتذة التعليم الثانوي عن الخدمات الاجتماعية التي تقدمها اللجنة الولائية للخدمات الاجتماعية.
-يؤثر متغير الحالة العائلية على مستوى رضا أساتذة التعليم الثانوي عن الخدمات الاجتماعية التي تقدمها اللجنة الولائية للخدمات الاجتماعية.
Abstract EN
Our study aimed to reveal the level of satisfaction of secondary education teachers on the social services provided by the provincial commission for social services.
Where a questionnaire was applied to a sample estimated at 114 secondary education teachers distributed in the secondary schools of Constantine district in the period between January and February 2020 by adopting appropriate statistical methods ، so that the study concluded that: •The Level of satisfaction of secondary education teachers on the social services provided by the provincial commission for social services is low.
•The seniority variable in education affects the level of satisfaction of the secondary education teachers towards the social services it provides by the provincial commission for social services.
•The family status variable affects on the level of satisfaction of the secondary education teachers towards the social services it provides by the provincial commission for social services.

Notre étude visait à révéler le niveau de satisfaction des enseignants du secondaire sur les services sociaux octroyés par la commission des oeuvres sociales de la Wilaya.
Un questionnaire a été appliqué à un échantillon de 114 enseignants du secondaire répartis dans les lycées dela Wilaya de Constantine dans la période comprise entre janvier et février 2020 des traitements statistiques appropriées ontété appliquées pour le tri des résultats : • Le niveau de satisfaction des enseignants du secondaire envers les oeuvres sociales est faible.
• La variable ancienneté dans l'enseignement influe le niveau de satisfaction des enseignants du secondaire.
• La variable situation de famille influe le niveau de satisfaction des enseignants du secondaire envers les services sociaux
