Abstract EN
This research aims to know the role of strategic planning in harmonizing the outcomes of Iraqi university education and the requirements of the labor market and ways to bring about this compatibility.
Work, this is due to the lack of prior planning for what the labor market needs from these graduates, and in the light of which a number of solutions and proposals have been developed.
On the other hand, to ensure that graduates get job opportunities suitable for their specializations and qualifications.
