This topic is related to the issue of the professional integration of working women in the service sector in the Oran region.

this issue is among the current discussions about work and decent work.

in this article, we try to shed light on knowing the professional status of working women and their integration strategy in this type of profession, and we have reached to the most important results : that the presence of working women in these professions is due to social, psychological and economic motives that vary from one case to another imposed by the nature of work, social conditions, and type of training.

in addition, the occupational integration in the fragile work of the studied research samples due to the nature of the shift in the selectivity of the labor market on the one hand, and the quality of work that attracts them on the other hand.
