The aim of this study is to reveal the attitudes of the educational inspectors in the primary education to the extent of modern education and the readiness of the primary school to keep up with the times and keep pace with developments and modernity, in accordance with the cultural assets of the society as well as the goals set by the decision makers.

contribute to the building of society ; where the researchers launched from the dimensions and indicators of the concept of modernity, the researcher used the descriptive method in order to know and describe the state of education in terms of its relation to modernity.

this was done by using the trend scale to find out the directions of the inspectors to form a correct perception that will help us to ask the correct questions in order to continue the research on the subject of education and the difficulties it faces for correct understanding, and the knowledge of the overlapping factors hindering education, and the researchers reached a result showing the trends of the inspectors in the primary stage, which can be summed up in the lack of continuity of modernity of education.
