Abstract EN

The resulting transformation in information and communication field had a by impact on the different sides of social, economical and political life, thus the enterprise does not remain away from these affects, so, it tried to accustom with them by relying on different tools that let it to gather the information related to its environment and then to analyze and use it in a general frame called strategic awareness that comprises the technological awareness, this latter is used for gathering all the technological and technical developments resulting in the environment of the enterprise and to profit from then in order to predict the crises.

the crisis is the critical stage of the enterprise since it constitutes a menace for it, and in order to manage this stage, we use the crisis' communication which accompanies the crisis during its different stages.

the crisis' management requires the availability of information in the suitable time, in the way, the responsible can take the suitable decisions, and in this case, we notice the introduction of the role of technological awareness which represents the main tool that provides the enterprise with the scientific and technological information related to the environment of the enterprise and this latter contributes in the crisis' management.

so, our study aims at identifying the existing relationship between the technological awareness and the crisis' communication, so, the technological crisis leads to the prediction of the crisis, comprising it and to show the responsible the ideal tools that can be used in order to communicate with the various public of the enterprise.
