Place The ancient Arab scholars were keen to establish rules of Arabic language that protect it from disappearing, so they focused on the correct pronunciation of sentences.

Therefore, this type of grammar was considered as a “sentential grammar” whose task is limited in describing and analyzing sentences.

However, this does not mean in any way the ence of an Arabic grammar that can describe supra-sentence structures, where several entities like pronouns, references, substitutions can achieve “coherence” which is one of the most important topics in text grammar.

This paper confirms the ability of Arabic grammar to be compatible with text grammar, and thus they are always connected.
