Standing towards what translation is unable to cover is not just facing such linguistic difficulties which may include the disability of the translator to engage with; it's not the translator who stands unable in front of translation but it is the language itself which stands unable besides the other language, it's the culture itself which stands unable besides the other culture.

In this sense, the matter is not a disability but rather a consciousness of the other.
