Abstract EN

This research aims to reveal the role that the University plays in the process of education, research and community service, and in order to inform the nature of this role, the analysis on which we believe it is necessary depends on examining the factors that have the greatest impact in our view and the positive impact that guelma University plays to strengthen its positions within the framework of the challenges it faces, in order to reach its quality and meet the Needs of its community.

The research concluded that the University as a social and educational institution will remain the foundation of the Renaissance as a fundamental and fundamental pillar of the building of the contemporary State, an important factor that contributes to the formation of the individual and society, and works to shape its features in the present and the future, hence in the obligation to develop higher teachings, to carry out its tasks and keep pace with the changes in society.
