The history of the Algerian revolution gained an important part of the interests of Algerian and foreign historians because of its civilized project and its noble values inspired by the Islamic religion, the revolutionary and international charters, which it embodied in the field in several areas, and despite the fact that France has ratified like the rest of the world on treaties and agreements to preserve human dignity.

It has forbidden it and is therefore legally obligated to respect its provisions and embody them on the ground, but the reality is the opposite.

Since France set foot in Algeria's lands, it has used all forms of violence and repression, including abuse, killing, exile and displacement against the Algerian people in order to humiliate and subjugate it, disregarding all international norms and covenants.

It adopted a policy of torture and arbitrary arrests, established camps and military courts, and subjected Algerian militants to illegal trials.

The Algerian revolution believed that the Algerians should implement humanitarian laws based on their spiritual and historical values that were saturated with the national resistance led by Emir Abdelkader, and expressed their full adherence to international principles and laws in protecting French prisoners and preserving their dignity.
