Abstract EN

This paper aims to shed light on the approach of managing new cities in Algeria, by extrapolating the various legislation and legal texts that guarantee this, and the implications of their application on the practical reality by presenting the various projects of new cities in them, the importance of their establishment, and their objectives.

We will try to present the features of the shortcomings in the implementation of these Laws on the ground, thus deducing a number of conclusions and proposals that should be adopted.
