Following the spread of the Corona pandemic and the declaration by the world health organization as a global transboundary pandemic, states are imposing a state of emergency, disrupting life in various countries of the world and this has affected many commercial contracts, including bank contracts, resulting in the inability to meet contractual obligations, so the legal adaptation of the Corona pandemic must be demonstrated and the attempt to remove confusion about whether the Corona pandemic is a force of force, an emergency or an emergency, because the Corona pandemic is legally relevant.
