This article seeks to investigate the theme of the learning and development of logical thinking in pupils of the first grade of primary education, and on the basis of the educational theories of Robert Janet, Osbel, Jerome Brunner and Jan Piaget.

to determine the growth of the learning capacity to develop logical thinking and as a function of the age (time) to which we tried to answer there are two questions in the study : is the ability to think logically an ability which develops gradually with the growth of the child and his age ? and the educational systems of the Algerian school, when designing mathematics teaching programs, do they take into account the mental development and maturity in age of the first year primary school student, according to the principles of Jean Piaget ?

Le présent article cherche à étudier le thème de l’apprentissage et du développement de la pensée logique chez les élèves de la première année de l’enseignement primaire, et sur la base des théories éducatives de Robert Janet, Osbel, Jerome Brunner et Jan Piaget pour déterminer la croissance de la capacité d’apprentissage à développer pensée logique et en fonction de l’âge (temps) auquel nous avons tenté de répondre il y a deux questions dans l’étude : la capacité de penser logiquement est-elle une capacité qui se développe progressivement avec la croissance de l’enfant et son âge ? et les systèmes éducatifs de l’école Algérienne, lors de la conception des programmes d’enseignement du calcul, prennent-ils en compte le développement mental et la maturité en âge de l’élève de première année du primaire, selon les principes de jean Piaget ?
