تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تقرير الاستدامة (الجوانب الاقتصادية والبيئية والاجتماعية) ومراجعته في مؤسسة سابك (SABIC) وذلك لتقييم سلوك المؤسسة اتجاه الاستدامة، ومعرفة ما توفره عملية مبادئ التقرير والتأكد من فوائد على قيمة وجودة المعلومات الواردة في تقرير الاستدامة لدى المؤسسة.
حيث تظهر النتائج التي توصلنا إليها أن مؤسسة سابك (SABIC) أدركت العوائد التي يمكن الحصول عليها من التقرير عن الاستدامة ومراجعته من طرف KPMG مقارنة بتكاليفه، حيث توصي الدراسة بضرورة تبني معايير التقرير عن الاستدامة والتأكد منه التي تصدرها مختلف الهيئات والمنظمات غير الحكومية ومكاتب الاستشارة الدولية الداعمة للتقرير والتأكد مثل: GRI و(AA1000) و(Dutch Standard 3000A).
Abstract EN
The study aims to know the reality of the sustainability report (economic, environmental and social aspects) and review it at SABIC in order to assess the institution's behavior towards sustainability, and to know what the report principles process provides and to ascertain the benefits on the value and quality of the information contained in the sustainability report at the institution.
our findings show that SABIC has realized the returns that can be obtained from the sustainability report and its review by KPMG compared to its costs.
