Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the most important problems of technological dependency suffered by the Algerian economy, as the study found that the Algerian economy is still far from overcoming this type of dependency, especially in its quest to achieve the goal of economic take-off, as the economy cannot exist any shift towards the productive economy unless there is efficiency characterizing national factors of production from qualified labor, and the organization and scientific research sufficient to lead this process from the theoretical side to the practical reality, by building a productive economy based on self-technology and not technology imported, this will not change anything but will make it more complex.
