Abstract EN

Through this research paper, we aim to study the most important pillars of political and social stability, and analyze the relationship between employment policies, social, political and security stability in Algeria for the period 2011 / 2021, and the extent of the impact of the corona pandemic on that.

the study showed that maintaining stability, harmony and social cohesion, as well as political and security stability, depends on the effectiveness and success of the economic policies set by the state, which allow the active labor force to enter the world of work comfortably and with rewarding wages.
