ارتكزت هذه الدراسة على تحديد الآليات الداخلية والخارجية لحوكمة الشركات ومدى تأثيرها على اتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، واعتمد الباحث في دراسته على المنهج التحليلي من خلال أداة الاستبيان الموزعة على عينة مكونة من 50 فردا من مسيري وعمال هذه المؤسسة.
وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة بالاعتماد على مخرجات تطبيق برنامج Spssv21، إلى أنه يوجد أثر لآليات الداخلية والخارجية لحوكمة الشركات على اتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية في المؤسسة وهذا ما تم إثباته من خلال مخرجات البرنامج الإحصائي Spssv21.
Abstract EN
This study was based on determining the internal and external mechanisms of corporate governance and their impact on investment decision-making in the institution under study.
on the analytical method through the questionnaire tool distributed to a sample of 50 individuals from the managers and workers of this institution.
the results of the study, depending on the outputs of the application of the Spss v21 program, concluded that there is an impact of the internal and external mechanisms of corporate governance on making investment decisions in the institution, and this has been proven through the outputs of the statistical program Spssv21.
