This study aims at knowing the reality of applying the Basel courses by the importance of adhering to the application of courses and their positive effect on the rigidity and safety of the banking system.

the bank of agriculture and rural development was selected as a sample this latter has achieved satisfactory results in terms of capital adequacy it allows respects the law and regulations issued from the bank of Algeria which agrees with the requirements of Basel III.
