يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية الاتصال التنظيمي ومكوناتها في إدارات الجامعة، حيث تم تطبيقه كدراسة حالة على عدد من مستخدمي جامعة المسيلة (الجزائر) من خلال عينة من 36 فردا.
واستنتجنا من خلال الدراسة أن جامعة المسيلة تتميز من وجهة نظر مستخدميها بالاتصال التنظيمي الإيجابي من حيث الاتصال وطبيعته، النوع، الأسلوب ولغته، ولكن من حيث وسائل الاتصال المستخدمة، لا يوجد اتصال تنظيمي إيجابي بمتوسط حساب 2 وانحراف معياري قدره 0.5.
Abstract EN
This research aims to highlight the importance of organizational communication and its components in the university's administrations.
it applied to a number of users of Msila university (Algeria) through a sample of 36 individuals.
it was been concluded from this study that from its users' point of view, Msila university was characterized by positive organizational communication about communication and its nature, type, style and language, but in terms of the means of communication used, there was no positive organizational communication with an average calculation of 2 and a standard deviation of 0.5.
