The principle of freedom to contract is the basis for legal action, but the nature of the completion law and the objectives it seeks to achieve render the stability of this principle impossible, and the prohibition of exclusive distribution contracts is a scope to study the extent of the impact of competition law on the principle of freedom to determine the content of the contract.

the study aims to underline the importance of prohibiting exclusive distribution contracts and the extent to which these contracts can affect free competition in the market, on the other part, haw this prohibition influences this fundamental principle in the conclusion of contracts which is the freedom to contract.

Le principe de la liberté de contracter est la base des actes juridiques, mais la nature du droit de la concurrence et les objectifs qu’il cherche à atteindre rendent impossible la stabilité de ce principe.

Et l’interdiction des contrats de distribution exclusive constitue un champ pour étudier l’étendue de l’impact du droit de la concurrence sur le principe de la liberté de déterminer le contenu du contrat.

Cette étude vise à souligner l’importance d’interdire les contrats de distribution exclusive et la mesure dans laquelle ces contrats peuvent affecter la libre concurrence sur le marché.

D’un autre côté, comment cette interdiction influence le principe fondamental dans la conclusion des contrats, qui est la liberté de contracter.
