The right to housing is one of the mostfundamentalrightsenshrined in international humanrights instruments, and stipulated by the constitutionalfounder in the 2020 amendment, in which the state’s responsibility to assist disadvantaged groups in obtainingadequate housing wasestablished in one of the available formulas, the formula for rent public housing represents the most important housing whichisconcerned with these groups, by virtue of itspurely social nature.

the disadvantaged groups in algeria have not been able to obtaintheir full rights to housing despite the legal and proceduralguaranteesestablished by the algerian legislator in manylegaltexts, perhaps the financial and economiccrisis that cast a shadow over the system as a wholeis the most important reason for this, in addition to the financial and economic crisis is the most raison wich impacts the whole system.

Le droit au logement est l'un des droits fondamentaux inscrits dans les différentes conventions, chartes et accords internationaux relatifs aux droits de l'Homme affirmé par l'amendement constitutionnel de 2020, dans lequel La responsabilité de l'État à accorder de l'aide aux catégories a été établie pour bénéficier d’un logement adéquat dans l'une des formules existantes.

Le logement locatif public est la formule la plus importante qui appartient à ces catégories, en raison de sa nature purement sociale.

Les catégories défavorisées en Algérie n'ont pas pu obtenir l'intégralité de leurs droits au logement malgré les garanties juridiques et procédurales établies par le législateur algérien dans de nombreux textes de loi.

Peut-être que la crise financière et économique qui a jeté une ombre sur le système dans son ensemble est la raison la plus importante à cela, en plus de la corruption financière et administrative que le corps de l'État continue d'éroder.
