This research focused on addressing a fundamental issue in the contemporary Shi’ite Imamiyyah ideology ; represented by the theory of Wilayat al-Faqih.

the study strived to simplify the concept of the theory, explaining its origins, and its development until it reached the establishment of a contemporary political entity.

on the other hand, the study explained the position of Ayatollah Barqa'i, who is a contemporary Shi'i that was guided, of the theory of Wilayat Alfaqih, which he absolutely rejected.

he revealed its shortcomings, and religious and worldly transgressions, through a calm scientific discussion.

he also tried to expose it in a practical way during his life by educating people about, and warning of its dangers.
