Abstract EN

Human language is formed, in the simplest units of its structures, from sounds, from which the vocabulary of the language was formed.

These voices were composed according to the principle of harmonious harmony, neither contradictory nor prophecy, and this feature dictated by the nature of the endeavor to facilitate the pronouncement of vocabulary, sentences and syllables that express the preoccupations of man in his society.

And since the language is phonetic, in its formative nature, the voice in general and the linguistic voice in particular, is the carrier of meanings, which a person aspires to express and communicate to those around him, according to what is needed to clarify the situation.

Due to the importance of sound in the reporting process, the research aims to show the rhetorical value of phonetic symbols in the Qur'anic formulation, because of the reporting values of these symbols expressing what God wanted from his Qur'anic verses.
