The research aims to uncover the following: - Detection of the effect of using exercises in the two styles of confrontation (positional and inclusive) for the experimental group on some physical variables.

- The significance of the differences between the two groups of experimental and control research for dimensional tests in some physical variables.

The researcher used the experimental method for its suitability and the nature of the research, and the experiment was carried out on a sample of the Nineveh governorate's education team with football for halls for the academic season (2019-2020), of which (45) players were selected, and the best (18) players were selected.

The researchers concluded the following: - The development of the experimental group that used exercises in the two styles of confrontation (positional and inclusive) during the training curriculum in the following number of physical variables: (transition velocity, velocity of movement of the two legs, characteristic strength of velocity of the two legs, speed of response) is better than the development of the control group that used the curriculum prepared by the trainer.

- The experimental group that used the training curriculum gained development in all the physical abilities that were dealt with by the research when comparing the results between the pre and posttest in favor of the post test.

- The control group that used the trainer's training curriculum did not gain progress in the physical variables when comparing its results between the pre and posttests of the control group.
